  • A kickoff party is to be staged at the home of the Tennessee Williams Key West Exhibit founders Dennis Beaver and Bert Whitt Feb. 28, and the festival, a 6-week commemoration of the literary icon who lived on the island for thirty-four years, is to continue into April and boasts a full roster of writing and painting contests, film and poetry forums, curator tours of the Tennessee Williams Museum at 513 Truman Avenue, a March 26th birthday party for the playwright, and 2 one-act theatre productions of the Pulitzer-Prize-winner's work. Presented by the newly-merged Tennessee Williams Key West Exhibit and the Key West Art & Historical Society.

  • These legendary music icons are celebrating nearly 5 decades, and claim some of the most astonishing statistics in popular music. In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group achieved more top 10 hits, moved more records or sold more concert tickets. songs like "Mama Told Me (Not To Come)", "Joy to the World", "Black and White", "Shambala" and "One" serve to heighten our emotions and crystallize THREE DOG NIGHT's continuing popularity.   • Jose Franch-Ballester, clarinet; Michael Brown, piano The New York Times has declared Michael Brown "a young piano visionary," praising him for ""a magnificent performance" and a "powerful technique and a vivid imagination." The multi-award-winning Spanish clarinetist Jose Franch-Ballester is considered one of the best classical soloists and chamber music artists of his generation. This collaboration will feature Leonard Bernstein's Sonata for Clarinet and Piano. Written in Key West in 1941, this Sonata is one of Bernstein's first published pieces of music. Show starts 4 p.m., St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

  • A performance of Bernstein's CONCH TOWN, an unfinished ballet written during Leonard Bernstein's first stay in Key West. The piano four hand version, recently discovered, will be performed with a discussion of how CONCH TOWN was the foundation of so much music that Bernstein wrote throughout his career followed by several people who knew Lenny sharing personal remembrances. The evening events are to be held at The Studios of Key West.

  • Once is never enough with Avenue Q! Since the show was such a tremendous hit in the 2016/17 season, the Waterfront is bringing back this monster hit for 3 weeks only. Avenue Q is the winner of the Tony "Triple Crown" for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book. Avenue Q tells the story of Princeton, a recent college grad. He and his friends struggle to find decent jobs, stable relationships and a purpose in life in a musical that is hilariously timeless.
