Toll Free Numbers for Keys Visitor Information and Assistance

Visitors bound for the Florida Keys may get a free vacation information kit, including details on accommodations and other tourism offerings, by calling the Florida Keys & Key West Visitors Bureau, toll-free in the United States and Canada, at 1-800-FLA-KEYS.

From other countries, dial (305) 296-1552.

Or write: Florida Keys & Visitors Bureau, PO Box 1146, Key West FL 33041, USA.

Keys travelers can also take advantage of a new visitor assistance program available to those who encounter questions or difficulties once they arrive at the destination.

By calling 1-800-771-KEYS within the area, travelers link up with a live multilingual operator who offers problem-solving assistance. The toll-free number is to be manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With instant access to computerized maps, the Key's help operator can offer directions to lost motorists - whether they are in the Keys' or en-route to the island chain. Operators are also equipped to provide on-the-spot translation services in virtually all languages, information regarding nearby medical facilities and auto repair centers, or guidance pertaining to just about any other difficulty a vacationer might encounter.
